By accessing or using Virile.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Virile.ai facilitates connections between patients and licensed physicians. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. For emergencies, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. Our AI intake system is a tool to assist physicians — it does not provide diagnoses or medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Telehealth Services

Physician consultations on Virile.ai are provided by independently licensed healthcare providers. All treatment decisions are made solely by licensed physicians. Virile.ai is a technology platform, not a medical provider.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless cancelled
• You will not be charged until a physician approves your treatment plan
• You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee
• Refunds are available within 30 days of the first charge if no prescription has been dispensed

6. Privacy and HIPAA

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your Protected Health Information in compliance with HIPAA.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virile.ai's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
